Your privacy
A personal decision, at your pace.
Looking for a care home can bring up personal questions. You can start with what matters to you, take time to consider your options, and choose how we get back to you.

Start with your questions
You do not need every answer to get in touch.
You are welcome to ask about the home for yourself or someone you love. A first conversation can cover:
- The daily routines and comforts that matter to you
- Questions about care, costs, or an available room
- Whether you would like to arrange a visit
- How and when you would prefer us to contact you
Asking a question does not commit you to a visit or a move.
Talking about care
Share personal care details privately.
There is no need to send medical records with your first question. Call us to discuss what support is needed and how to share any records for a care review.
Please leave diagnoses, medication lists, medical records, identification numbers, and financial account details out of the website form and ordinary email.
Your choices matter
Keep in touch in a way that suits you.
Choose a phone call, text message, or email when you write to us. Let us know if you need a different way to communicate or would like someone you trust involved.
You can ask about the information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop following up. Before discussing personal details, we may need to check that we are speaking with the right person.
We keep the contact details and messages you send so the people handling inquiries at The Pearl can respond. The website also remembers how you found us and uses information about visits to help us improve it. Your name, contact details, and message are not included in website-use reports. Our website and email providers handle information needed to provide these services.
